The achievement positions the Gujarat-based company for ambitious expansion plans, including the opening of new manufacturing plants in the coming year.
Bharat Parenterals, listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), is strategically located in Gujarat's biotechnology industrial zone and has demonstrated remarkable growth trajectory over recent years establishing itself as a leading player in India's pharmaceutical sector.
Xin Weisheng has been working with Bharat Parenterals Limited since 2017, installing cutting-edge visual inspection machine and the bulk counting production line at their Gujarat manufacturing facility.
The advanced inspection machine operates at impressive speeds of 400 bottles per minute and are capable of detecting a broad spectrum of defects without the need for manual pre-programming.
This sophisticated technology has delivered a remarkable 99 per cent improvement in detection efficiency compared to traditional visual inspection methods for ampoules and vials.
The electronic capsule and tablet counting production line can handle more than 10 different formats and bottle types after installation, enabling flexible batch production and a wide range of drug packaging options. Compared with manual or mechanical counting methods, it delivers significantly higher accuracy and efficiency.

The automatic visual inspection system, running at 400 bottles per minute and requiring no manual pre-programming, has delivered a 400 per cent efficiency improvement for the company's injectable lines, with a 99 per cent improvement in defect detection compared to traditional methods. Automated bulk counting production line enhanced production of capsules and tablets by 100 per cent.
This allows Bharat Parenterals to move forward with its big growth plans. The company plans to open new manufacturing plants next year, helping it continue its mission to produce high-quality, affordable medicines for people in India. The collaboration supports the firm’s expansion plans.
