 All India Government Private and Public Sector Pharmacists Association (AIPA) at the Karnataka branch anniversary observes first anniversary of its formation focuses on adverse drug reaction (ADR) and anti-microbial resistance (AMR).
The event held on Sunday January 18, 2026 at Bengaluru was inaugurated by Dr. Sirsi Kranthi Kumar, Registrar , Karnataka State Pharmacy Council, Bengaluru and Dr BS Desai, founder & national president, AIPA, New Delhi. M Vijayalakshmi, state president AIPA, Karnataka and national organising secretary, AIPA presided the event.
The theme of theme of the event was ‘Trusted advice for every stage of life’. The chief guests of the event were Dr RS Thakur, former president, FIPO, former secretary PCI, New Delhi, Lalitha, joint director, KSAPS, along with Shashikala, assistant director Youth Employment & Sports, Bengaluru Urban District, state general secretary, Akila Karnataka Rajya Sarkari Mahila Noukarara Sangha, Samson George, deputy registrar, Karnataka State Pharmacy Council, Bengaluru and R Venkatesh, Assistant Drug Controller, Karnataka Food Safety & Drug Administration ( FDA), Bengaluru.
